The Challenge

PD Tax experienced significant growth in revenue and clientele. As a result, they decided to migrate their CRM and Client Projects from Capsule CRM to a more scalable, cost-effective, and robust platform. Consequently, this new system offered greater flexibility and control. Their goal was to back up data internally to SharePoint. Additionally, they wanted to complement this with an external cloud solution powered by FYI. However, customer contacts, lead emails, and project files were locked within the existing system, which made extraction and transfer challenging. Therefore, they needed a secure solution to extract sensitive data from the current platform. Ultimately, the data had to be transferred safely to their internal SharePoint, enabling a seamless migration to the new FYI-based system.

The Solution

Maly developed a robust automated solution to extract data from Capsule CRM and accurately transfer it to the appropriate location in their SharePoint system. This prepared the data for seamless upload into the new CRM and project tracking platform based on FYI. This innovation saved PD Tax considerable manual effort while ensuring the data transfer was both efficient and secure.

The Result

PD Tax now stores all client and lead contact information, along with project details, within their internal SharePoint system. They have eliminated reliance on the external Capsule platform. When ready, they can seamlessly transfer the data to FYI, ensuring a secure backup of all vital client and project information.
